According to a study conducted by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), homes that are staged sell faster and at higher prices than those that are not staged, typically 3% more. In the grand scheme, that 3% can make a huge difference when it comes to closing.
Did you know that nearly 90 percent of all home buyers search online for their future homes? In this modern age, having beautiful photos of a well curated house can do wonders in attracting potential buyers. Sara noted that after taking their house off the market they decided they needed a new game plan. That’s where we came in!
